La gestión de calidad es fundamental para el éxito de las empresas. Pero, ¿cómo se relacionan las prácticas de Soft & hard del TQM con la gestión de los grupos de interés?
Se realizó un estudio en empresas peruanas, utilizando un enfoque de modelado de ecuaciones estructurales (SEM) y redes neuronales artificiales (ANN) para analizar la relación entre las prácticas de Soft (educación y formación, círculos de calidad, planificación de la calidad y alta dirección
& hard (control y mejora de procesos, auditoría de calidad y diseño de productos) del TQM con la gestión de los grupos de interés (calidad de proveedor y satisfacción del cliente).
Los resultados muestran que las Las prácticas de Soft TQM, mostraron una asociación positiva con la gestión de las partes interesadas. Las prácticas de Hard TQM, mostraron una asociación positiva con la gestión de las partes interesadas.
Por qué es novedoso, interesante y/o relevante
Este estudio es uno de los primeros en analizar la relación entre las prácticas de gestión de soft & hard TQM en empresas peruanas.
Los resultados pueden ayudar a los gerentes a priorizar las prácticas de gestión de calidad que promueven la gestión efectiva de los grupos de interés.
